Stills, walkthrough, 360 tour or 3D website: which one sells an off-plan home?

360-degree panorama of a living room with a grey sectional, cove-lit ceiling and a spiral staircase

An off-plan buyer is being asked to pay for something they can't visit. Each kind of visual answers a different question they have, so the right mix depends on where your sales conversation stalls.

Stills: “What will it look like?”

Exterior and interior renders are the first thing every listing, brochure and ad needs. Basic covers exterior stills from 5 working days; Standard adds every room.

Walkthrough: “How does it feel to arrive?”

An animation moves through the building in the order a visitor would: the approach, the entrance, the main rooms. It carries a launch video or an investor presentation better than any single image.

360 tour: “Can I look around myself?”

A 360 panorama lets the buyer stand in a finished room and turn their head. It's the closest thing to a show flat that fits in a WhatsApp message.

3D website: “Show me everything, in one place.”

The Full package ends with an interactive website: the 3D model to orbit, rooms to jump between, and every render, floor plan and tour beside it. It includes 1 year of hosting, and it's the one link your agents send instead of a folder of files.
